Dr Ashok did his undergraduation at PSG Institute Of Medical Sciences And Research, Coimbatore and his postgraduation at Coimbatore medical college. He has a DM in Cardiology from Institute Of Cardiology, Madras Medical College. He is currently working as a Cardiologist at Government KAPV Medical College, Trichy. He has performed several successful diagnosis, treatments, and managing of cardiovascular disorders.
He has held several key responsibilities during his years at various institutions. He was in charge of ICCU and IMCU at Thanjavur Medical College Hospital, he trained MD postgraduates and undergraduates at Thanjavur Medical College Hospital and at Govt KAPV Medical College, Trichy.
His area of speciality is Interventional Cardiology. His expertise is coronary angiogram, angioplasty and assisting permanent pacemaker implantation.
