Return, Refund, and Cancellation

Cancellation by the Patient or Health care beneficiary or caretaker:

Cancellation requests should be communicated by phone to (+91) 431 2 33 4444 or by email to info@velanhospitals.com at least 12 hours before the health checkup appointment time. There will be no charges for the cancellation. In case of cancellation requests received under 12 hours of the appointment, then a minor charge might be deducted by the hospital to cover administrative expenses. In this case also, a full refund might still be possible at the discretion of the hospital. Please provide the reasons behind the cancellation and we will consider your request.

The stated amount due for refund shall be processed within 10 business days from the date of the cancellation, subject to all terms and conditions. The above-mentioned cancellation process and refund processing time may vary under special circumstances (such as holidays, strikes, bank delays etc) and the hospital cannot be held liable for the delay.

 

Cancellation by the Hospital:

In an unlikely case, if a doctor is not available or a machine is not available, we will still try to accomodate and perform the tests and procedures at an alternative date. If this is also not possible, then we will cancel the appointment with a full refund to the original mode of payment or an alternative agreed upon. The hospital shall not be responsible in case communication is not received by the customer due to incomplete address or contact details provided by the patient or caregiver who books the appointment.
