Dr. Raj Thilak did his undergraduation from KAPV Government Medical College Trichy and obtained his MD in Respiratory Medicine from Institute of Respiratory Diseases, Jaipur. He has a Fellowship in Interventional Pulmonology from Yashoda Hospital Hyderabad. He has several publications to his credit in both national and international journals. He has presented papers in various national conferences.
He is currently Assistant Professor in the Department of Respiratory Medicine at SRM Medical College, Trichy. He serves as Clinical Registrar in Pulmonology & Critical Care Medicine at Apollo Specialty Bengaluru.
He specialises in Interventional Bronchoscopy (Endobronchial ultrasound/Cryotherapy/Rigid Bronchoscopy & Pleuroscopy) His areas of interest include Interstitial Lung Disease/Asthma/Sleep related breathing disorders/Pleural diseases
